PeriMenopause can be a challenging and tough-to-navigate time in a woman's life (that may be putting it mildly).
I built the 10-week Peace in PeriMenopause program to support women in their search for natural, effective, science-backed, lifestyle strategies so they can feel better, function better, and live the life they desire.
The Peace in PeriMenopause program is so successful for women during this transitional phase of life because of the combination of weekly modules (audio, video, and slides) which are paired with multiple resources to support specific evidence-based strategies (e.g., recipes, strength training routines, etc.), weekly group connection call opportunities with other women in the program (optional), and curated resources based on the most up-to-date research, including suggested, personalized tasks to further your transformation each week. The Peace in PeriMenopause Plus Program also includes personalized support and live, weekly one-on-one coaching (with me ☺).
Each client also receives an invitation to the Peace in PeriMenopause Alumni Group with continued access to the program materials and up-to-date research.
