I've Tried Everything for My Migraines

I hear it all the time.

"Debbie, I've tried everything. I've done the elimination diets. I've taken the supplements. I've seen the specialists. I've been in Facebook groups. I downloaded your guide and honestly... It's all stuff I've already done.

So why would your method be any different? What could you possibly teach me that I don't already know?"

Sound familiar?

Maybe you've thought this yourself. Maybe you're thinking it right now.

And I get it. I really do.


I Know You're Smart

Let me start by saying this: I know you're smart.

You've probably been dealing with migraines for 20 years. Maybe 30. Maybe even 40 or more.

You've done the research. You've read the books. You've tried the things.

You've been to the neurologist. The naturopath. The chiropractor. The acupuncturist. The Reiki master. You've tried oxygen therapy. IV vitamins. Elimination diets. Supplements. Medications. Gone to pain clinics and even contemplated surgery.

You've done ALL the things.

And you probably know more about migraines than most doctors you've seen. That's not an exaggeration.

I know because our Freedom From Migraine Method® members love going back to their doctors when they find freedom to teach them a thing or two. Especially the ones who gave up on them and said there was nothing else to try.

It's a fact that most doctors get maybe a few hours of training on headaches in medical school. You've been living this for decades.

So when you see my content online and think "I already know this"... I believe you. You probably do know a lot of it.

But here's what I want you to consider.

Knowing information is not the same as applying it correctly. For YOUR body. In the right order. With the right support.

And that's where things start to fall apart.


The Doctor Confusion

How many doctors have you seen over the years? How many practitioners?

And how many of them gave you different answers?

One says it's hormones. One says it's your neck. One says it's stress. One says it's gut health. One puts you on medication. One tells you to get off medication. One says try this supplement. Another says that supplement is useless.

Some are conventional. Some are functional. Some know a little about migraines. Most know almost nothing about migraines and have never had a migraine.

And you're sitting there trying to piece it all together. Trying to figure out who's right. Trying to build your own protocol from fragments of advice from people with completely different training who don't talk to each other.

It's impossible.

No wonder you're exhausted. No wonder you feel like you've tried everything.

You've been trying to do a job that requires specialized expertise, and you've been doing it alone, with conflicting information, for decades.

That's not a failure on your part. That's an impossible situation.


The Internet DIY Trap

And then there's the internet.

You've probably spent years scrolling. Reading posts. Saving reels. Joining online groups. Trying tips from people you've never met.

Here's the thing about that: the success rate of the DIY internet approach is about 5%.

Five percent.

That means 95% of people piecing things together from Google, their favorite social media platforms, and random sources... they don't get better. They stay stuck. They keep suffering.

And it's not because they're not smart. It's not because they're not trying.

It's because you cannot get personalized, migraine-specific guidance from random content created for the masses.


Who Are You Taking Advice From?

Let's talk about who you're listening to.

If someone in a Facebook group says, "Try this, it worked for me"... ask yourself: Are they migraine-free? Or did it just drop their migraines a little? And is their situation the same as yours? Like... exactly the same. Same conditions, symptoms, health history, genetics, etc.

Because there's a big difference between kinda the same and exactly the same. Think home-cooked soup versus powdered soup mix... massive difference!

Plus... if someone still has migraines and they're telling you what works... it didn't fully work. It helped a little. Maybe. For them.

That's not the same as freedom.

Don't take migraine advice from people who still have migraines. That sounds harsh, but it's true.

You want to learn from people who have actually solved this. Who have the results to back it up. Who can show you women who went from 50 years of migraines, 30 a month, to one or two headaches they can handle with an OTC.

If they can't show you that... Why are you listening to them?


What You Don't Know You Don't Know

Here's where I'm going to gently push back.

You might look at my content and think "I already know this." You might see a post about hydration and think "I drink plenty of water."

But let me ask you a few questions.

You're drinking water. Great. But when are you drinking it? Are you chugging it all at once or spreading it throughout the day? Are you drinking it with meals or between meals?

Are you stressed right now? Because stress changes how much water you need.

Are you sick? That changes it too.

Are you drinking plain water or are you adding electrolytes? And if you're adding electrolytes... which ones? In what ratios?

Do you know your magnesium needs? Not just "I take magnesium." Do you actually know what YOUR body needs for electrolyte symmetry? And are you taking the right compound for YOUR body?

Do you know your calcium needs? Your sodium to potassium ratio? Are they optimized for migraine specifically?

Because here's something most people don't know: you have a sodium potassium pump in every cell of your body.

And if you have migraines, this pump matters. A lot. The balance of these minerals directly affects your nervous system and your susceptibility to migraine.

So when you say "I already drink water" or "I already take magnesium or all of the electrolytes"... I believe you.

But there are layers to this that Google didn't tell you about. Layers that are specific to migraine. Layers that require someone who lives and breathes this to help you navigate.


The Difference

You're smart. You've done the research. You've tried things.

But you don't live, eat, and breathe migraines 24/7. I do.

You haven't worked with thousands of women who have migraines. I have.

I've seen so many different scenarios. So many combinations of triggers and patterns. Mold. Lyme. Back injuries. Neck issues. Cancer. Nervous system dysregulation. Histamine issues. Allergies. Gut problems. Autoimmunity. Hormones. Genetics. I could go on forever here. All of it layered on top of each other in different ways for different women.

This is all I do. Every single day.

And by the way... doctors make the worst patients. You know that, right? The people who think they know the most are often the hardest to help. Because they're so sure they already have the answers that they can't see what they're missing.

I'm not saying you're wrong about what you know.

I'm saying there might be things you don't know that you don't know.

And those are the things that are keeping you stuck.


I Lived This

I need you to know that I'm not saying this from some ivory tower. Believe me... I have lived this DAILY for over 10 years.

I spent decades throwing money at my migraines. Trying everything I could find. Reading every book. Buying every supplement. Seeing every specialist.

Thinking if I fixed my neck, if I did a mold protocol, if I tried one more diet, got rid of one more food, did more nervous system work... gave whatever latest thing I was trying more time…I'd cure my migraines or at least get them close to zero.

And I know this isn't a spoiler to you since you are living it... nothing worked.

I know what it's like to be so tired, so desperate, so worn down that when someone tells you "just do this one thing and it'll all go away"... you believe them.

Because you want it to be true. You NEED it to be true.

I fell for that so many times. Someone would say "it's just magnesium" or "it's just your gut" or "it's just stress" or "it's just your neck alignment," and I'd think... finally.

Finally, someone figured it out!

And then it wouldn't work. Again.

So I get it. I really do.


The "One Thing" Trap

Anyone who tells you that you only need ONE thing... they're oversimplifying a complex problem.

"It's just mold." "It's just Lyme." "It's just your neck." "It's just your gut." "It's just autoimmunity." "Just take this supplement." "Just cut out gluten."

It sounds so appealing. Because you're exhausted and you just want someone to hand you the answer.

But here's the truth: if it were that simple, you wouldn't still be suffering.

I'm not interested in telling you what you want to hear.

I'm interested in getting you actual results. And results don't come from one piece of the puzzle. They come from the full picture.


The Full Picture: The 4 Phases

And the full picture is the 4 phases of the Freedom From Migraines Method®.

Have you moved through all four phases in the right order?
